I love this weeks pink theme....not only am I a lover of the color pink so is my 3 year old Lucy. In honor of my Mum, who is a breast cancer survivor, ten years this year actually, I dedicate this post to her.
I will never forget the day I found out Mum had "the C word". I could not even say Cancer....I was to be married in 3 mos, we thought there was enough on our plates already! We were wrong. My Mum is a strong woman and I knew that her strength, and sense of humor would push her through this.... Of course the love of her family too.
Mum, this ones for you! We love you! Oma, I am so glad you are here to see my children grow up!
Gorgeous light, wow! I love her serious and thoughtful expression too, what a pretty little girl. Congratulations to your mom! I hope she has many more years to enjoy her granddaughter!
